Launching CJUU’s NEW US Branch
6-7pm Eastern Time (3-4 pm Pacific Time) in person and on ZOOM
followed by a reception/mingling at 150 Harrison Ave, Boston (Jaharis Building, 1st floor).
JOIN the new US branch of the Climate Justice Universities Union (CJUU) to
- bridge institutional and disciplinary boundaries
- respond effectively to attacks on climate science and academic freedom,
- teach, research, and promote campus operations in ways that foster genuine and lasting community, agency, equity, and sustainability,
- fight for climate, environmental, and social justice, and
- nurture a new generation of scholar-activists.
Anyone anywhere in the US who is affiliated with a college or university is welcome to join or get on our mailing list. Please sign up here and advance register for the meeting’s online portion here. And please share this invitation widely and encourage colleagues to sign up/attend!
