Appendix 1. Initial Email – amend as necessary

Dear CJUU member,

 As a member of the CJUU we would like to invite you to join our local institutional/regional branch.  The function of the Branch is to support our members in the coordination and advancement of the specific locally supported actions.  Where possible branch actions will aim to be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bounded) actions and will work to open such actions to collaboration across other branches in the Union.

We propose to hold a meeting online/in person on DAY at TIME to discuss your concerns and agree a plan for future action(s).
